WHAT IS IT?
Surnew produces recycled organic photovoltaics using an organic photovoltaic film. The materials used are non-toxic, and their production has a very low energy demand and carbon footprint. As it is semi-transparent, it can be applied to a skylight and be customized to different use cases, including vertical or curved installations. Additionally, they create a community around the OPTrees (TM), where members get awards based on the number of trees they buy.
