WHAT IS IT?

Orange Fibre patented a process to make fabric from citrus juice by-products, which they sell since 2017. The fabric is formed from a silk-like cellulose yarn that can be blended with other textiles. When used in its purest form, the resulting 100% citrus textile features a soft and silky hand-feel, lightweight, and can be opaque or shiny according to production needs.

HOW IS IT MADE?

The product is made from chitin extracted from crustacean shell waste.
