WHAT IS IT?
CO2Concrete™ is made from carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions of electrical power producers with coal- and gas-fired units, cement and pre-cast concrete companies, and petrochemical companies. It is unique in its carbon capture method allowing the use of dilute CO2 streams. It also tolerates common flue gas contaminants, including acid gases and particulate matter.
HOW IS IT MADE?
Made through “CO2 mineralization” – the conversion of gaseous CO2 into solid mineral carbonates (e.g., CaCO3) within the CO2Concrete™ products.”
