WHAT IS IT?

The Agraloop BioFibreis produces fibers from low-value agricultural waste, which are 100% natural and are produced from oilseed and nutraceutical hemp residues. Besides inventing a new type of yarn, the company also created a different way of yarn spinning named Orbital. In addition, the production releases a range of co-products like bio-energy used in the process. Also, it nurtures farmland by adding organic fertilizer to the recycled wastewater.

HOW IS IT MADE?

Farm waste and waste oilseed hemp are collected and processed. These resources are then spun with the Orbital technology into a yarn that is used for garment manufacturing. In this process, the thread is blended with other natural fibers.
