WHAT IS IT?

Chip[s] Board has converted industrial potato waste into a new sustainable material called ParblexTM. It is a bioplastic that is compatible with multiple industrial processing techniques such as injection molding, 3D printing, and milling.

 

HOW IS IT MADE?

They combine potato waste with other agricultural by-products such as coffee grounds, oak shavings, and olive wood dust to achieve different shades and finishes.
