REFLOW at FabXLive

How can maker spaces and Fab Labs accelerate the transition to circular cities?

REFLOW Project joined the FabXLive (online) Conference on July 27-31, 2020. FabX unites members of + 1,900 worldwide Fab Labs gather to share, discuss, collaborate and create communities around the different local and global interests regarding digital manufacturing, innovation and technology.

Under the topic on how makerspaces, Fab Labs and creative hubs can support the transition to circular and regenerative cities, Ivan Minutillo and Andrea D’Intino from Dyne.org presented a brief tour on the REFLOW OS and Zenroom features, addressing how both tools are able to democratize access to information and facilitate distributed architecture design for communities.

The participation of the pilot cities representatives, Minh Man Nguyen from Fab City Store, and Costantino Bongiorno from WeMake, also contributed, explaining how different materials, such as wood structures and food waste, can be tracked by using the REFLOW p2p economic network allowing a better circularity of resources ???
